  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a consulting service before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. Cancellations made after the service has begun may be subject to partial refunds, depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • Service Delivery Issues: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon consulting services due to factors within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

  • Mutual Agreement: In certain cases, we may agree to issue a refund as a result of a mutual agreement between you and C.E.O.. This may include cases where the scope of work has significantly changed or where there has been a misunderstanding regarding the services to be provided.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations, assessments, or discovery sessions are typically non-refundable, as they represent the time and expertise provided during these sessions.

  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you are non-refundable. This includes final reports, strategic plans, and other deliverables that have been reviewed and approved by you.

  • Customized Solutions: Services that are customized or tailored specifically for your business needs may be non-refundable, depending on the degree of customization and the resources invested.

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us here within the eligible time frame. Provide your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within seven (7) Business Days.

If your refund is approved, we will processed the request within ten (10) business days of approval, and the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

If a dispute arises regarding a refund, we will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
